Areas I lived were pretty much normal neighborhoods compared to some of the suburbs I lived in the states. Just window units instead of AC. It's been a decade since I've been there and I just keep hearing bad news so you may be right.

If you agree with my definition of white, then I would put it at 30% of the population. The rest are darker mutts.
