red tide has been occurring for years, the biggest threat to the environment comes from pesticide runoff thanks to big sugar and over development by developers who end up paying off our commissioners

For a month or two, not all fucking year long. Scott shut down 2/3 of the water quality monitoring sites so we had no warning the nitrates and phosphorus was going to be so bad. Scott lifted restrictions of septic tanks and now raw sewage is leaching into fresh water rivers and the aquifer. All that toxic waste is driving the red and blue-green algae blooms

I can see that. They do their time, fine, but losing their political representation forever? How is that even related?
Does the US Constitution need a homestead exemption increase Amendment? Fuck no. We want the US Constitution to be just like the framers intended. I think we should treat the FL Constitution like the US Constitution and not pass help a bunch of special interest lobbyists and SuperPac grifters get their industry welfare passed.
If it is something the Legislature should get off their asses and pass, then we don't need it in the Constitution.
