The Great Reset Challenge

This challenge is required of all /pol males unmarried and between the ages of 21-40. Challenge begins at least 1 week from reading it.
If you refuse the challenge after reading it very bad things will happen to you.

0. No porn,fapping or premartal sex.
1. No recreational drugs including alcohol or tobacco
2. No processed food, sugar, junk food, fast food etc.
3. Exercise in public place 3 times a week at least.
4. Wake up 4:30AM every day, sleep 8 hours a night.
5. No social media, discussion boards or politcs.
6. One day a week, several hours are spent in wildnerness.
7. Read enough to consume 1 book every 10 days.
8. No $ are spent unless absolutely necessary for work or the challenge (setting aside vital life threatening emergencies)
8. The challenge lasts for 3 months.
9. Failing the challenge is 12 hours off the challenge, posting here identifying the # you failed on, and proclaiming you are a weak pathetic human being,
challenge timer resets back to 0 on 3 months.
10. Clean your room/house/appt on Sundays

If for whatever reason you are unable to do any of the following points for important reasons like work, school, or addiction, I don't fucking care, might as well
just put a bullet in your head.

Trying to make such a massive lifestyle change all at once can be too overwhelming for most people, but I already do most of those like #4, so shouldn't be too bad.

The best part about creating this challenge is seeing the incel fatasses addicted to soda and cigarettes just lose their minds at the suggestion

Even if you will manage to get all of this done you will probably fail to keep it as your daily routine.
I have a better idea

Just pick one SINGLE point from the list that you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you can manage and stick with it for ONE week starting today.
After ONE week either try something else or try to go on for the whole MONTH.
Repeat until it became part of your daily routine and then pick a new point.
Radical changes rarely stick and are much harder to pull off.

If the standard 4chin autistic faggot was the target here 90% would not even try this challenge and maybe 0.1% would actually succeed.
Breaking this challenge apart into single tasks is way more efficient in a long run.

Also some additional tasks to pick
>taking a short cold shower everyday
>2 creative works in a week art/photo album/short story/song
>running 15 minutes everyday with +1 minute next day
>30 min meditation everyday
>if you are smoker no smoking for 1 week
>no coffee for 1 week

Also 2x a week do a social activity. Approach someone at the gym and compliment how big their butt looks when they squat and ask you can be the floor.
