Trying to make such a massive lifestyle change all at once can be too overwhelming for most people, but I already do most of those like #4, so shouldn't be too bad.
Jaxson Robinson
I'm down for the cause. Good on ya OP, motivate the masses. We've got serious work to do.

>exercise in a public place three times per week >4:30 am, 8 hours of sleep
you're a faggot no sane adult sleeps eight hours a day working out in a public place is stupid and distracting.

>0. No porn, fapping or premartal sex. All good on the porn and fapping but I'm in college and am not about to pass up the primest pussy I'll ever get. >1. No recreational drugs including alcohol or tobacco Tabacco and drugs are gay but drinking in moderation is fine. >2. No processed food, sugar, junk food, fast food etc. Done >3. Exercise in public place 3 times a week at least. How do people NOT lift or work out every day? >4. Wake up 4:30AM every day, sleep 8 hours a night. fuck no >5. No social media, discussion boards or politcs. I can't deal with NPCs for more than 8 hours at a time, I have to come back here to blow off autistic steam. >6. One day a week, several hours are spent in wildnerness. no time for that lel >7. Read enough to consume 1 book every 10 days. Arelady do >8. No $ are spent unless absolutely necessary for work or the challenge (setting aside vital life threatening emergencies) This might be the best part of said challenge so far. Overspending is a huge problem for most people >10. Clean your room/house/appt on Sundays I can't imagine leaving my room a mess. How tf do you live in it otherwise?
Kayden Evans
>Sleeping at 8:30PM every day
lol
Austin Stewart
I hear what youvare saying, it can turn people off to it. Imo the point is to get the user to try all of these healthy lifestyle changes, and at least SOME should stick, and more will come later

>0. No porn, fapping or premartal sex. Fuck you, I'll have sex with my SO all I want >1. No recreational drugs including alcohol or tobacco Already don't do those >2. No processed food, sugar, junk food, fast food etc. Wouldn't be too hard as I already minimize the amount >3. Exercise in public place 3 times a week at least. Unless I go to my uni gym and completely alter my existing workout routine I won't be able to do this >4. Wake up 4:30AM every day, sleep 8 hours a night. My natural sleep cycle is 11-7 or 12-8. I'm not altering my natural sleep cycle for a meme 8:30-4:30 schedule >5. No social media, discussion boards or politcs. The hard part would be this given I work in a lab and aside from music political podcasts are what I listen to while I work >6. One day a week, several hours are spent in wildnerness. Already do this >7. Read enough to consume 1 book every 10 days. Fuck off, I have so much uni work including reading that I can barely stand to read shit in my free time. >8. No $ are spent unless absolutely necessary for work or the challenge (setting aside vital life threatening emergencies) Already do this >8. The challenge lasts for 3 months. Suck my ass that's so cancerous >9. Failing the challenge is 12 hours off the challenge, posting here identifying the # you failed on, and proclaiming you are a weak pathetic human being, Calm your tits, bro >challenge timer resets back to 0 on 3 months. >10. Clean your room/house/appt on Sundays Already do this
Alexander Clark
The best part about creating this challenge is seeing the incel fatasses addicted to soda and cigarettes just lose their minds at the suggestion
Isaiah Thomas
30 days I can see. 3 months is definitely gonna reset something.
However, I do what the fuck I want.
Brayden Lopez
I'm married with kids and I'm still going to give this a shot.
Quality post OP, make a general out of it and see if we can get the ball rolling
>All good on the porn and fapping but I'm in college and am not about to pass up the primest pussy I'll ever get.
It's overrated. And if you're not peaking right now you can always get more.
Logan Gutierrez
>3 months This shit is retarded Even if you will manage to get all of this done you will probably fail to keep it as your daily routine. I have a better idea
Just pick one SINGLE point from the list that you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you can manage and stick with it for ONE week starting today. After ONE week either try something else or try to go on for the whole MONTH. Repeat until it became part of your daily routine and then pick a new point. Radical changes rarely stick and are much harder to pull off.
If the standard 4chin autistic faggot was the target here 90% would not even try this challenge and maybe 0.1% would actually succeed. Breaking this challenge apart into single tasks is way more efficient in a long run.
Also some additional tasks to pick >taking a short cold shower everyday >2 creative works in a week art/photo album/short story/song >running 15 minutes everyday with +1 minute next day >30 min meditation everyday >if you are smoker no smoking for 1 week >no coffee for 1 week
