In 1923, in a supreme court case, the USSC ruled that Indians from India were not white or Africans of slave descent and therefore ineligible for citizenship. 2000 Indians had their citizenship revoked and were deported.

Apply that to now if the USSC rules that the 14th does not apply to children born of illegal aliens on US soil. What is the outcome? Mass revocations of citizenship and deportations on the order of millions.
