I bet you they didn't because those guys know the systems don't run without them and have that air of responsibility that doesn't matter if it's 1am, you get up to sort out a problem if there is one. While they won't have walked out these people are mostly going to be hunting for opportunities to work in new places that allow them to do their jobs in a less toxic environment that has concocted all this drama for drama's sake.

I'm starting a new business with 8 other straight white males, all of us different backgrounds and skills, I'll be the CTO and one thing we've broadly agreed on, even though we range somewhat politically on things, is that the business will be meritocratic and the business needs will come first. We understand that most of this SJW is poisonous and we know full well that being small and agile and having tight control over the work environment allows us to out compete other larger tech giants on some things. We want to be hoovering up all the James D'amore types who are smart people and fundamentally drive the technology but are disenfranchised by female HR departments and modern silicon valley culture.

In fact we kinda ward off useless and unstable men by kinda shit testing each other constantly, I even have the lefty types in the business kinda addressing each other as "hey faggot", the moment someone gets uppity about that, they'll be gone. That sort of thing will happen naturally on like a builders site, but the men in tech have worked in offices too long where everything is PC and we're gonna flip that on its head.

is there a legally viable strategy for avoiding women and HR altogether? I can see this being feasible for maybe ~25 people, but once you get to 100?
women seem like a trojan horse that every business succumbs to eventually. but why?
