Ironically this would be the rest of the world, not the USA.
The US's unrivaled naval power means that it can go anywhere it wants in the world, whenever it wants and annihilate shipping and infrastructure at will. China starves without food, Europe freezes without fuel, after that it's just a matter of slowly bombing EU and Asian industry back into the stone age so that they can't continue to resist in any form.

North America, Central and Perhaps southern 1/3 of Latin America.
Africa contested with China, Europe,Russia idkw since if it gets to full blown war it might go into M.A.D.
Europe impossible, maybe parts for countries that agree to host you like Britain and Analbania since that would lead Germany to hype up war effort and buy ton of arms from Russia, maybe even making alliance.
Asia impossible.

Australia yes, whole.
Antarctica yes, whole.
Question is, how much would US maintain so much occupied land and nations while fighting on multiple fronts before it collapses .
