It's the media cycle, if they don't want to talk about an event they will speed up the cycle faster then your digestive systems moves to get rid of that sketchy burrito you got from a food truck. Part of our monkey brain sees people on TV(or really any visual entertainment) as another person and the more we see them the more we associate them as part of "our tribe" and by seeing one of "our tribe" making certain claims and expression certain opinions eventually convinces us that it's the beliefs and opinions of the majority of people when it most certainly is not, nor are they likely to actually be part of "your tribe". Eventually these opinions and beliefs can be stretched quite far but there are breaking points, this is expressed when you notice people expressing cognitive dissidence, either they have been exposed to media that has been more convincing, they have lost touch with what reality is like, or just sheep that will believe whatever "their tribe" tells them with out checking it. False flags exploit this and marginalize those that actually examine these events, ostracizing those that buy into the narrative(also retarding the future of that populace by reducing the chance the intelligent ones breed). basically this but it is just one layer of the many it works on. One way to control the people is by abusing our social traits and behavioral patterns. One easy example is the media as you pointed out. The media isnt there to tell you what you think, but to tell you to think what other people think. They tell you everyone hates trump, is pro refugees etc. and everyone who opposes this is seen as a bigoted racist asshole. They do this by repeating the oppinions over and over, having fake polls and so on and dont even leave room for any opposing oppinion. Since we then think everyone else thinks that way, and that we will be socially orchestrized if we oppose that oppinion, we dont speak up about it, eventually even conform to those making it appear in real life like the amount of people who are fed up with all the bullshit are far lower since they never speak up out of fear for being cast out of society. This results in information contrary to the narrative spreading slower and fewer as well as people not binding together to change things, as they believe noone else wants to do so.
Shills serve the same purpose, they are not there to make you change your mind, but appear as if there are people having that oppinion, making that oppinion seem more prevelant, like the media does too.

Metaphors are fucking amazing, when I was younger I knew they where useful as I realized one could metaphor anything onto anything else if you had the linguistic skills to make but also the interpersonal skills to understand what others around you would notice about them. But now that I'm older and more well read I can see how they can really alter how people see things in a broader scale. you can communicate many different things in every language with metaphors like if i was speaking with some new to English and they said they "fell on some black days" I could make a good guess of what they meant with out the exact description. the physical words along with the colour description are also metaphors in and of themselves but in a more visual and physical way. This is a basis of how our primate brains understand the world and a way to bypass the conscious mind to communicate with the subconscious mind.

I thing there is more to metaphores even. Imagin this reality to be fractal, each bit is the same as the other on another scale. Even concepts emerge across existence in the most different ways. Think of "Oppossites attract each other" which isnt just everywhere in physics but also in social connections the case. Lot of occult torrents seem to have some metaphor/hypnotism books/PDFs in them so I'm collecting quite an odd library recently. Predictive Programming is a part of what one would call "normalization" (There is a fantastic documentary on this called "Hyper-Normalization" by the BBC on youtube youtu.be/-fny99f8amM ) in that you subtly introduce an idea usually in the back ground repeatedly over some time. This after some time would normalize the idea(or if using mass media I guess it's be called Hyper-normalization) and would make the public more accepting of the idea, you can see the same thing with when mixed relationship where being pushed. Ever wonder why no vidya games ever use this idea?(actually I've seen one but it's a text porn game). Doesn't matter if they realize it as this point, it's already accepted, though I'm very curious as to how long this process takes, or where the "breakpoints" of it are.

Intent is and interesting subject that I haven't researched as well as I wanted to yet. It's know that with self-hypnotism that what you try to use on your self won't be effective unless you actually believe what your trying to induce on your self. One interesting concept on Chakra I saw is that the chakrapoints are the points where the different strings of nerves connect to the spine. It's like life is all just layers of perception and the power to change said perceptions of the masses is next to godliness. I think the human "gestalt/hivemind" does have some untapped powers that can change the outcome of things on a larger scale. I've personally been dealing with issue as I'm sure many on here have/are too. Feeling lost in a world where morals are turned upside down or in real experience don't mean anything. I've actually shocked multiple people by following my own moral code when I could of benefited by disregarding it and I feel this is part of society as a whole losing it's connection with spirituality and with what it really means to be "as honest as possible". no idea, am not that well versed in it, however from what i know:
Chakras can be overcharged, depleted or in balance. Overcharged and depleted both have negative effects on you depending on which of these and which chara. If you Chakra in balance is not moving upwards.
In example, the first chakra, root chakra is in charge of our fears and insecurities and how we handle those. if balanced it should lead you to being careful but not anxious. this feeling of safety enables you to make connections with others without fear of rejection or abuse. This is what the second charka is in charge of, the connection to others and being able to make new experiences. As im said im not well versed so i skip a step and go to the next chakra, the solar plexus chakra. This one is responsible for your self worth, esteem and confidence. if this is balanced it leads to the heart chakra which is in charge of our love. You know how people say love goes through the stomach, thats pretty much where the solar plexus chakra is located at, and additionally only when you love yourself (in a healthy meassure) you start being able to love others as well and be loved. The next chakra is the throat chakra, in charge of communication. And the best way to communicate is by speaking from your heart.
If now any of these chakras are corrupted, overcharged or depleted, this brings trouble towards the other chakras too as the energy cant flow properly anymore between them. i assume this continues up to the crown chakra, but as i said, not well versed
