Should rape accusers be given the death penalty?
Jacob Peterson
Colton Brown
Anyone who makes a knowingly false and or malicious accusation should have the crime commited against them.
Isaiah Reed
Yes.
Jose Roberts
Or at least the maximum penalty for the crime they falsely accused another of.
Jason Ross
TOP KEK
Jordan Wright
There's a trope in media where rape is worse than death, but in real life, being accused of rape is worse than death. It's like the Morrowind meme, you have to continue in the doomed world you created, except you didn't create it; it was forced upon you.
Noah Lopez
But that would discourage real targets from reporting crimes against them. user you better neck yourself for your fascist, sexist and misogynistic views.
Sebastian Williams
No, their punishment should be getting raped by an incel, with no protection. Fixes 2 problems in 1, 3 problems if she gets pregnant.
Aaron Watson
>make false rape claim
>get raped as punishment
>make false theft claim
>get shit stolen as punishment
etc, for everything
Christopher Hill
who could have predicted thith?
Ian Perez
I won't be happy untill that Ford gets taken to court for her lies. Beyond the mouse-like voice and fake crying she felt like evil incarnated.
Lucas Campbell
>crickets from NYT and CNN and ABC and so forth
Well color me surprised...
Cooper Ross
Good luck finding an user who would want to rape that micheal myers face.
Joseph Scott
yes. yes they should.
Jeremiah Butler
everyone who is caught falsely accusing should just be punished in the same way the accused would have been if they had succeeded
Noah Powell
False accusers should be charged with the crime they accused others of.
Charles Butler
>Being this terrified of a woman
Juan Bennett
>should have the crime commited against them
but that's a reward not a punishment
Sebastian Bennett
i was specifically told that people with vaginas don't lie
Hudson Taylor
>waiting sjw genes to propagate
Levi Green
Which one this time
Sebastian Sanders
Only fair. An additional law should deal with this specifically
Hudson Miller
I know your mom is a harmless slut who conceived you with a random john in the bathroom, but otherwise women who go around using the system to falsely ruin others are pretty scary and should be held accountable.
Bentley Brooks
Which cunt admitted to lying, there was so many.

The easiest solution would be to have those who have had that crime committed against them beat the holy living crap out of the person who falsely reported it. Rape victims beating on a rape accuser, Hate crime victims beating on hate crime accusers, etc, etc. that way the victim of real crimes would be able to judge how severe the punishment should be.
Jaxon Rivera
They should be given the rape penalty
Jordan Hill
>implying there's such a thing
It's brainwashing, not genes. I was an sjw type liberal that believed in equality and supported Obama, and I was only in 5th grade. They literally pushed Obama on us and had us writing him letters. My mom pulled me out and homeschooled me after that. It's public schooling that creates sjws.
Benjamin Murphy
They should get the rape penalty
Carson Scott
>brainwashing, not genes
Angel Rivera
Hot
Governmental rape agents when?
Connor Wood
Not death.
But if you falsely accuse someone of a crime there you should be punished with sentence equal to the one foreseen for the crime you falsely accused the other.
This ought be a good deterrence for anyone willing to falsely accuse someone for something or for lawyers to willingly push those accusations
Jaxon Nelson
In Sweden? I would bet within 5 years time, that is if they don't already exist.
Jose Price
It's called being fat and eating onions. Surprise surprise, low test makes you more left. If it were genes, it would not be such a big issue all of a sudden.
Alexander Jackson
>Should rape accusers be given the death penalty?
No, just the people who rapped them should.
Samuel Stewart
False rape allegations for personal profit = sued for defamation and paying annual reparations for psychological damage and/or any losses in job/reputation
False rape allegations for political/ideological reasons = reparations+jail-time and an investigation for any plot backers and/or bribers/blackmailers
Killing the bitch won't repair the damage she did, there are alot of cases of people losing their job because of such allegations, thus annual reparations sound about right.
Also when it comes to popular figureheads and celebrities, there are many interests and influencers in such cases, which makes an investigation the right thing to do
Adrian Cox
So rap battle to the death?

>If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong; Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days; And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother; Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
Nathaniel Jones
They should be tied down in the town square for two weeks. All who want to fuck them can.
Dominic Gray
Any woman convicted of making a false rape accusation should have to register as a sex offender for life
Jace Torres
“Yes, your honour. performed oral sex on me and then raped me again by swallowing.”
Gabriel Ramirez
She should have to submit to a real rape for wasting everyone's time.
Jace Ramirez
It's real, in case there are any unironic libruls here in current year +3
washingtontimes.com
Chase Hughes
Death? No, but they should be put on sex-offender lists so that they can experience the pain they were attempting to inflict on an innocent man.
Isaiah Cruz
In a just world: yes
Cameron Jenkins
i actually like this solution. much better than SHE SHOULD BE RAPED LOL kids who live in a fantasy world
Elijah Martinez
Not death penalty, but they should get a similar sentence to what they lied about. Lie about rape? Get sentenced as if you raped someone. Try to frame someone for a murder? Get the same sentence a murderer would get.
If you want to fuck with somone's life, you better be ready to get fucked in return.
Hudson Morgan
Not the death penalty, but the average prison sentence of a rapist without chance for parole.
Michael Rivera
I would classify that as "harsh but fair"
Jonathan Harris
>Also when it comes to popular figureheads and celebrities
An investigation should be warranted regardless of the social status of the falsely accused. thots belonging to every possible social element need to be adequately patrolled user. It will invariably put a strain on resources in areas that are enriched with diversity, thus redpilling law enforcement even further.
Logan Nelson
This is a good solution.
Elijah Walker
Nope, its waaay to hard, will lead to riots and shit
Just a few month prison maybe 2 years
Brandon Jenkins
If they are jewish.
Camden Wood
You have a point. But I think they are already red-pilled enough from crime statistics overall.
Brody Reyes
These whores can't even admit political intent. "Attention" she says...

Ryan Nguyen
Im not sure she can, maybe she was blackmailed to doing so and admitting such thing will get her or someone dear to her killed. You know how the Clintons work.
Connor Nelson
Nah we already have them, about 2-3 million atm, importing 100 000 - 150 000 more of them every year.
Kevin Robinson
You already have them in Sweden
Anthony Stewart
>Should rape accusers be given the death penalty?
Long prison sentences and fines that cover the cost of the investigation. It is a waste of tax payer dollars, and should be recuperated.
Ayden Sanders
Why do I know you are Indian?
Easton Brown
Well, they should be charged with the crime they falsley accused.
Thomas Sanders
courtesy bump for KAV
Josiah Cooper
yes
Oliver Torres
I didn't even consider that desu.
Parker Price
A person who knowingly makes a false criminal accusation should be subject to the same punishment that the accused faced.
In cases where no legal action for the accused would be possible (accusations brought against Kavanaugh), the false accusers should be subject to a flat sentence of two years and restitution.
Parker Harris
The punishment for rape is being locked in prison, where you will most likely be ass-raped everyday. A head for an eye.
William James
You know she'd only get fed to some exotic pet or get dumped in an alligator swamp if she did, right?
Jonathan Wilson
People aren't always as dumb as they seem. Never underestimate how deep the rabbit hole goes, especially in politics
Josiah Evans
Dare I say... Based jew?
Kayden Lee
No such thing
Cameron James
lmao sure why not. we could do it, at a minimum, for the lulz
Joshua Phillips
The penalty should be the same as if they were rapists.
Hunter Watson
Based. Those incidents with women like Jen Moore and Monica Peterson slip my mind, and the mainstream media here totally ignore them so people who aren't literal Jow Forumstards rarely even knew of their stories.
You don't want to think of people being so low. I don't suppose she is a coward but holy fuck, politics have never, ever been so dirty in the US. Better than anything on HBO.
Camden Torres
>Better than anything on HBO
Forgot pic to go with this comment.
Connor Clark
For clarification, are we make a distinction between knowingly making a false accusation and just losing a valid court case?
What happens when someone makes an accusation, it was true, but it was defeated in court due various reasons (lack of sufficient evidence, technicalities, etc).
Easton Evans
no, they should be tagged as false rape accusers and they must tell any future partners about their crimes or potentially face jail time. kind of like probation. no longer allowed to consume alcohol and go near churches, schools or anywhere else where there are children.
just imagine if you went on a date with a girl but then she told you that she's tagged for being a "false rape accuser". Personally, I would leave in that second. I feel like this would be a perfect punishment.
Hudson Lewis
QRD on Monica Peterson? I know the media circus story but whats the redpill?
Blake Young
This. US politics are the more corrupted than ever before, great post fren.
Ryan Hall
I don't know about death, but I think false accusations should carry twice the penalty of the crime that was accused. If that crime was a murder, for example, then the death penalty would be applicable.
Levi Moore
I have the solution
Tyler Mitchell
No they should be raped
Gabriel Jones
skinning followed by gang rape by serial rapists live on PPV from jail
Dylan Wood
too soft. Gulag.
Dominic Carter
IF WOMAN FALSELY ACCUSES MAN OF RAPE, THAT MAN SHALL THEREBY RAPE WOMAN TENFOLD.
Justin Ward
Most rape cases don't have enough evidence o bring any verdict so the case gets dropped. However, when it comes to evidence of the rape accusation being false and intentional to hurt a person, then they must face charges.
Jayden Sullivan
no, yee who forgives little loves little. forgive
them and exile. if they want back into the fold,
they must submit themselves.
Kayden Martinez
>being this terrified of government
ftfy
Nolan Watson
and this will turn to nothing. maybe someone will get the book thrown at them but on national level it will be like nothing happened because the corrupt enemy of the people of a media will not do shit about it.
Isaiah Johnson
What is that flag even. Shut the fuck up, noone asked you.
Camden Allen
No but it should be instant prison, absolute minimum of 2 years
William Rivera
ALL false rape accusers should be deported at gun-point to Africa or the middle-east, where they will actually have to live under a REAL rape culture.
Jaxson Morgan
False rape accusations hurt not only the falsely accused, but also the real victims of rape.
Dylan Garcia
if doubles, all rape accusers should get raped.
Nolan Ward
Yes.
READ THIS. It looks as though it isn't necessarily the case that the accusers were lying, but rather that Michael Avenetti wrote their affidavits to stretch the truth in some places, and outright lie in other places. So, be careful about blaming the women. This looks more like an Avenetti issue; although, it doesn't make your point less valid, it's simply that the target is Avenetti rather than the women.
(Although, one is supposed to read and agree to whatever one signs as an affidavit.)
Brayden Price
James Flores
public shaming/beating, asset forfeiture, and also annual payments to the victim
Thomas Clark
Agreed. Not sure if it was implicit with what you said, but it should cover both the original accusation and bearing false witness for the same. I'd probably suggest they get the crime downgraded by one level if they admit to it before being charged. Not out of any mercy, but just to expedite clearing the name of the person whose life they have ruined.
Speaking as an attorney, attorneys should be punished even more severely if they knowingly bring one of these cases. I don't practice in a criminal field, but even in civil there are a number of attorneys I know of who abet their client's lies. Unfortunately it's very hard to catch them at it and even harder to get them disbarred.
Angel Martin
>rape accusers
No
>False accusers
Ehhh... still no. Trauma fucks with memory and people can earnestly finger the wrong guy. I'm not willing to execcute someone for being fucked so hard they can't remember faces right. But a public formal apology and retraction should be mandatory.
>Bitches caught lying
Deserved, but I care more about doing right by the victim. A dead whore doesn't fix a man's reputation. So my thought is:
The accused may gather a list of publications characterizing him as guilty. Once the accuser is proven to be lying, she on the hook to cover the cost to have someone contact all of those publishers and have them issue retractions, as well as to pay for a broadcast media of equal visibility (use views as a measuring stick) reporting on his innocence. Plus damages. If she can't afford it, use government money and have her work off her debt to society.
Luis Stewart
No. Unfortunately if you punish false accusers then they just won't come forward after the fact and innocent men will stay in jail. If there is no punishment then they'll be more likely to come forward and get the innocent men exonerated. It is better than a criminal go unpunished than an innocent man go to jail.
