Depends on your definition of Roman, OP. If you mean a Roman citizen, probably pretty decent if you come from France or England, considering Caracalla made all free born inhabitants into citizens. If you mean pre-Edict of Caracalla citizens, the likelihood goes down significantly; I believe it was only around 20% of inhabitants, even in the mid empire, that were citizens. If you mean Roman citizens that failed from Italia, then a pretty low chance unless your family is Italian or from southern Spain. Italians settled around the empire but not in significant numbers to displace the native population.
