In the 2016 election 35% was on the day voting, th e rest of the 75% (50%) was early voting & the Republicans dominated the votes. I looks like on the day voting (unless today's early voting nudges the figure up) will be the difference. Republicans will come out either way, Democrats likely not to for on the day voting.
