You will have to figure out what works for you, but what you need to do is drop all grains and dairy and most fruit and veg. Eat grass fed red meat, grass fed organ meats, bone broth, bone marrow
Then you slowly start introducing carbs in to your diet in the form of root vegetables and some herbs with the occasional in season fruit if you feel like you need it.

I typically eat oatmeal after a morning run. I wait a couple hours then go to the gym. Preworkout is just half hydro whey half casein. During is full casein servic with bcaas. After my routine I eat 6-8 eggs, two fish fillets, 6oz nonfat Greek yogurt, sweet potato or more oatmeal, kale and lots of vegetables, fish oil, olive oil, too many supplements to list here. A serving of hydro whey, sauerkraut or kimchi. Add turkey breast or tuna when bulking. I’ve considered vegetarian diet because it is simpler to manage but my job basically makes that impossible without starving.
Before I went full on health autist I would eat a large pizza usually mushrooms, pepperoni and garlic Parmesan crust from hungry howies in FL. Two pork skewers from a food truck. Or four quesadillas from pollo tropical with other food items mixed in. Other days I’d eat Taco Bell consisting of around chicken quesadillas, burritos, nachos, chalupas etc.
Completely subjective lifestyles call for different diets. I’m in a good enough shape to compete but a few years ago I was a legit half bear half fat guy at 250. I respect vegans a lot despite them getting hate. They have the right mentality albeit in your face about it.
