This makes it a felony for Texans to boycott (their definition of boycott is insane and includes every conceivable form of protest or negative reaction) and businesses or organizations from Israel, it ALSO makes it a felony to specifically support Palestinian businesses as that is seen as boycotting Israel.
TED'S bill didn't pass and was moved to the back burner until HURRICANE HARVEY, when TED CRUZ made the decision to attach something to EVERY SINGLE hurricane relief check, something that requires you to sign your name in support of senate bill 720 and pledge to never boycott any Israeli product, business, or organization before the people could deposit the money to rebuild their own livelihoods.
