OKAY SERIOUS POINT: Even ignoring the fact that all of these polls are inherently biased towards the left because of legitimate errors everyone made last time and failed to correct, some are actually intentionally biased towards the left on top of that, and they far outnumber the polls that are intentionally biased towards the right. RCP doesn't make an average of left-wing biased polls and right-wing biased polls and factor them into a model that tries to account for bias (like Nate Silvers does, albeit badly), they just take the mean average from all the polls. So when you have something like 3 lefty polls to the righty poll, even if there is no underlying error in all of the polls the RCP average will be substantially overestimating democrat votes.

I live in a more Conservative city of about 50,000 people. In 2016, for every Hillary signs I saw, I'd see 5 Trump signs. This time around, I see more Gillum signs than DeSantis, and I live in a Conservative city in central Florida.
