What if they are the barrier that will stop others from entering. What if they end up coming into the tents and have to wait to be processed and are fed and clothed and given shelter and medical care for free during this time? Now instead of guessing how many illegals there are and guessing the numbers and having so much room for doubt, now there is concrete evidence, a paper trail, and warm bodies to show for it. Since they are not Americans minimum wage does not apply to them. So, they could be transported, if willing, to farms where they will be closely monitored and given the opportunity to work towards their freedom and citizenship. If they want it bad enough they will stay. If they don't feel like working and just want free stuff, then they have to go back.
