The Wall Will be Built by Migrants

The Wall Will be Built by Migrants

What if Trump lets them all in and at first people are like fuck yea what a nice guy!
What if the wall is a human wall not of soldiers but migrants.
What if they are the barrier that will stop others from entering.
What if they end up coming into the tents and have to wait to be processed and are fed and clothed and given shelter and medical care for free during this time?
What if that costs billions of dollars?
Now instead of guessing how many illegals there are and guessing the numbers and having so much room for doubt, now there is concrete evidence, a paper trail, and warm bodies to show for it.
What if that is the wall that keeps democrats from wanting more, because the democratic voters will be going to work very hard, trying to afford health insurance and food while these people get it all for FREE! that will be enough 'optics' to piss them off.
What if then the migrants that are allowed to stay are the ones who build the actual wall?
(Most of them are healthy strong men)

You want immigrants? Here ya go. Enjoy.

Since they are not Americans minimum wage does not apply to them. So, they could be transported, if willing, to farms where they will be closely monitored and given the opportunity to work towards their freedom and citizenship. If they want it bad enough they will stay. If they don't feel like working and just want free stuff, then they have to go back.

YES!

Under international law, governments are prohibited from using military courts to try civilians when civilian courts can still function.

What if they are overburdened?

I love how smug he was in that scene

Civilians cannot take part in armed conflict (throwing rocks). Then they lose civilian status and become combatants.

November 1975 the Moroccan government organized the "green march" of civilians to cross the border into the former Spanish colony of Western Sahara to claim the territory for Morocco - all at the same time as Moroccan forces entered the territory clandestinely.[12] In addition, and without necessarily calling into question their status as non-combatants, civilians sometimes take part in campaigns of nonviolent civil resistance as a means of opposing dictatorial rule or foreign occupation: sometimes such campaigns happen at the same time as armed conflicts or guerrilla insurrections, but they are usually distinct from them as regards both their organization and participation.[13]

Officials directly involved in the maiming of civilians are conducting offensive military operations and do not qualify as civilians.

The actual position of the civilian in modern war remains problematic.[5] It is complicated by a number of phenomena, including:

the use of "lawfare", a term that refers to attempts to discredit the enemy by making its forces appear to be in violation of the laws of war, for example by attacking civilians who had been deliberately used as human shields.

>Mann act
>white slavery

While the Mann Act was meant to combat forced prostitution, it had repercussions that extended into consensual sexual activity. Because it lacked specificity, it criminalized many who were not participating in prostitution. It became a way to persecute large numbers of unmarried couples participating in premarital or extramarital activities, especially when it involved crossing state lines
