There any good areas to go to? I mean to be honest if I ever moved to a Latin country it would be a Chile, Brazil or Argentina, or maybe Colombia. Am I completely off? I been in Brazil before and kinda liked it there although they put too little salt on their food.

I'm pretty sure its different from school to school... but not that much, a lot of my friends graduated and went to different universities around Europe or USA for a master degree, so I suppose its not that bad, as some user said, we use the same books you guys use.

There are private and public schools... again depends on the school or city, for example I had the same teachers from the private school 10 minutes from my campus so I receive an education worth $40, 000 USD.

However, private schools had more resources, so they have a lot of updated labs, workshops and stuff like that that can improve students life.

You don't even have to do well. Going to a public school is enough to qualify for quotas - and here lies the problem with these quotas. You're thrown into university without having the basic tools to fare well there.

Exactly. Military Schools are the exception in that they're public and very good. Naturally, everyone wants to put their children there, so they have school admission exams, and then you fall back to the problem of managing to study before you get in.
