The capital is a fucking disgrace for a city. There is traffic all the day, everyday. It makes people mad and thus everyone looks like they want to punch you.
They live like fucking rats and they look like fuckin rats. Most of them are brown and smell like shit.
Their food is also shit. One of the most popular mexican dishes, the quesadila, which literally means it have cheese (queso means cheese in spanish), doesn't have cheese in the capital. It's a fucking heresy.
If you want to chill out go to Cancun or Acapulco.
If you want to enjoy the colonial scenery go to Guanajuato.
If you want to enjoy the best mexican food go to Puebla.
Stay away from the capital. Around chinlangos, never relax.
