To impeach someone is to ACCUSE them of a crime. Bill Clinton was impeached, and was not removed. To remove them from office, you have to CONVICT them of actually committing the crime.

The house votes to begin the articles of impeachment. The senate is who actually determines if the party is guilty or not.

To impeach a president you need to have 2/3rds of the senate. That’s not going to happen unless there is very clear and undeniable evidence that Trump committed some kind of crime. They can’t impeach on the unproven Russia conspiracy theory
