Even the slightest deviation in one of these areas will result in severe repercussions. They will contact your parents, call you in to have discussions, and then they will accuse you of various things, such as being a racist, nazi etc, all under the guise of helping you.
All these methods are used to force you into submission, to make you understand that questioning things, having unacceptable opinions is a no go. Once you understand this (which the great majority of people do once they're ~13 or so) you begin defending the system since it's the only thing you know. If your friend, your children or other people in your family deviate, it's your duty to correct them, to save them from more severe repercussions, to teach them the way. Once you're an adult, less forgiving methods of control are at the system's disposal. Your friends and family will shun you, since even associating with someone with the "wrong opinions" is bad, and your employer may terminate you. The only rational course of action left is to discuss things anonymously, which is why Flashback, a place of virtually unrestricted free speech, where nazism and fascism thrive, is the largest Swedish web forum.
