WASHINGTON STATE 1639

Well my the state of washington was proven that their intelligent level is lower then we thought. By making the rifle age 21 and making it harder to buy guns what's my boys in washington on pol thoughts about this

Just wait till you’re 21 and buy a rifle. It’s the same here in jersey and it’s not that big of a deal.

It's fucked, and if I could undo it I would. Probably won't comply to the other aspects of it.

I live in a small town in the non-cucked part of Washington and pretty much everyone here voted yes... There was so much (((gun control advertising)))

Did that seriously fucking pass? Jesus, im closer to being an accelerationist than ever

SeaTac here, please for the love of god tell me where I can move, I'm tired of being afraid when I go to bed.

Time to start building your own guns.

There's the medical privacy aspect as well.

I live in the heart of the cucked part of Washington in King County, and pretty much everyone in my neighborhood voted "NO" on 1639. This was a very disappointing result.

kinda surprised it passed

i don't think it will hold up in court. DC vs Heller is pretty clear.

I voted against it.

>their intelligent level is lower then we thought

Fucking kek. Moron.

Washington is honestly trying to be a liberal paridise. With force change. They care about who owns a gun and the lives of junkies more then freedoms of the working class and general public it seem at least where I am from. I read the city of spokane spent alone 200k plus on a small video alone on why you should move there. I'm thinking I could rect that video with the budget of a dominos pizza lol. Anyone from Spokane ? That could give me some reasons why you shouldn't move there. I heard it out weights the positives.

It's gotta be about demographic changes or something to do with the tech industries.

Cant you guys sue and get it to the supreme court? Have they ruled on the age thing before? Fuck that cant be constitutional.

They should have raised the voting age to 21 as well.

When does this hot garbage take effect?

carbon tax failed
Seattle soda tax banned
the gun thing sucks but we were still 2/3 on initiatives

The Second Amendment Foundation is suing because the signature sheets printed by the pro side were illegal. It was too small to read and didn't have the changes marked. SCOWA ruled that they couldn't remove it from the ballot and that it would have to be challenged if and when it was passed. SAF is filing that lawsuit soon.

january
stock up

Yeah it is, it will slow the growth of getting people interested in firearms. Also it's for consistency sake, practically 18 is to be an adult for majority of legal things for you to sign off on the it should apply to everything or increase the age across the board to 21. The law does more than just increase the age limit for firearms sales too, fuck Washington voters who voted yes on this ballot.

Spokane is a huge, dreary city that is generally pretty run down. Eastern Washington has a lot of tiny spic towns and a decent chunk exist in Spokane. Everytime I go there it feels lifeless, no good scenery even compared to the rest of Eastern Washington. I guess for fun you have Silverwood across the Idaho border? Not fucking worth it.

Time to start collecting 80% lowers to mill I guess. Hopefully this gets knocked down in court.

>Fuck that cant be constitutional.

I agree. Voting to deny one subset of the voting population 2nd amendment guarantees is ridiculous. The entire point of a constitution is to protect people from such.

Yes. Let them put up hoops for firearms and never oppose it. Surely they will just stop at some point

Welcome to our hell, CA resident here, I never wished for our hellhole to infect other states. The 9th won't vote in our favor, but it might reach the scotus years down the line if ever, we've been waiting for our turn for a long time.

I voted yes because 18 year olds are too fuckin immature. 21 is too. Next initiative will raise it to 30.

Back when it was written, 18 year olds knew their shit and weren't coddled little fucks who get ass mad and shoot up their school, or whatever.

die in a fire you commie faggot

I live in the Spokane area and I am really surprised it passed. I guess we are seeing the results of the mass immigration into Spokane from california, colorado, and texas. The demographics are changing here quickly. I may just move to N. Idaho soon. Its only 2 miles from where I live. I just don't like their state income tax.

The school they went to was also filled with people like them and they weren't taught curriculums designed to demoralize them, but to teach them to be good Americans and have the skills needed to survive.

True. We need to get back to something like that, just take baby jesus out of the equation.

This.

Why not use the democrats own weapons against them? File a lawsuit. If you're an adult, but you're not allowed to acquire a firearm it's literally a violation of your constitutional rights.

I gotta move out of Seattle man. There TONS of feminists and fags everywhere and it controls Washington’s entire political agenda pretty much. I hate Washington so much

I strongly suspect voter fraud. Also I'm not going to comply with this bullshit.

Yes, we need to get rid of all the technology, delete the internet and go back to 1850.

No, we just need to execute commie fags like you.

>thinking school shootings are genuine

21 should be adulthood, across the board.
No draft for under 21.
No voting for under 21.
No sex for under 21.
No porn for under 21.
Etc, etc, etc.
That said, given that they can draft you, you should be allowed to own a personal firearm. Until the above changes, it should be unconstitutional for them to bar a legal adult from exercising their rights.

Not a big deal. I doubt even .5 % of 18 year old legally buy guns. And they probably have gun friendly families that let them shoot

Entirely a non issue and restricts rifles to the level of handguns and alcohol

You guys want some 18 year old to muzzle sweep you as he dabs while holding a rifle?

No, I don't want that retardation from any age group. It's the implication of accepting "minor gun control" is what I dislike, this will lead to more gun control laws being approved because of "muh children" or "safety".

I got the fuck out of there a year ago and moved to Idaho. Way better chance of being able to buy land, raise a family, etc
