I'm gen z. I can see the rise of conservatism among white youth, but non-whites increasingly despise white people and nullify the gains of republicans among gen z whites. Eventually you are comfortable but losing a lot of your paycheck to taxes so you want cuts, you have a nice home and neighborhood you don't want to be overwhelmed with refugees devaluing it, and you want to either have a strong police force or a good firearm to defend your home.

If anything the main issue is that there are less home owners and more people waiting longer to move out from their parents' homes

I find it ridiculous when people try to extrapolate trends of how voting paterns shift with age, when the ethnic composition and the genes inhabiting the US are very different today than they were.

Yes, whites will continue to grow more conservative with age, even Millenials, it's already happening and each subsequent generation, by generation I only mean the white proportion of it, will grow increasingly embittered by the world their forebearers have left behind and will increasingly turn back to tribalism, like people always have, but as long as a democratic state is maintained it will mean exactly nothing because as the proportion of identitarians increases among whites, the total of those against the entire population will be increasingly irrelevant.

Not really, old age doesn't factor into it, it's more about self-interest. People become more conservative the more wealth they accumulate and the more financially secure they become.

Boomers are conservative, because they lived during an era where it was easy to make good amounts of money without a college degree. They don't give a shit about free healthcare, college, or welfare, because they have more than enough money to sustain themselves until they die. They just want to pay less taxes.

The same can't be said for Gen z. They'll be growing up in an era where purchasing power is weakening as healthcare and housing prices are spiraling out of control.
