They even tried to get kids away from the main platform with YouTube Kids (although we know how that went). No one below the age of around 16 should be making video content on the internet or livestreaming, and it is the fault of parents for being idle and letting their kids do whatever they want.
The internet in general is not suitable for kids, and it was never designed to be.
