The bulk of the seats Dems won are +R seats that only went D because of slight differences in turnout. In 2020 Trump will come through and sweep the Dems out of those seats. In 2022 redistricting will no longer count non-citizens for representation and California will lose 10 representatives which will be given to states like Kentucky and Republicans will gain 250 seats in the 2022 midterms.
