These are state elections. Obviously a senator in Nebraska takes less votes to be voted in than in California... Because nebraska has 2 million whereas California has 40 million. Nebraska has a lower population, so according to low iq OP, they should not get a representative to represent their state in Congress.

It's not a national contest though. It's popular vote by state. Every Senate contest is by popular vote. The HOUSE is where population size of states is balanced out.
