Nat Social and Fascism had extremely different economy's although some similar traits they both shared were Keynesian economics/macro economics but more state control, A push for total Autarky, balance of trade deficit, Massive increase spending in roads,schools,hospitals and public works and lastly massive job programs for unemployed.

While there are more similarities it is necessary to remember although Mussolini drove up the debt of Italy higher than Hitler drove up the debt of Germany (By comparison of size) Italy did not have the luck of being able to relay on military economic stimulation for growth.
