everything he says is wrong, he's using the Pareto distribution as an argument against Marxism, which outright shows he doesn't even know what Marxism is.
Pareto distribution would be a somewhat decent argument even against social democracy, which is a Capitalist ideology, but even then it's a rather flimsy argument, Marxism has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Marx's observation of wealth accumulation happening on a minuscule percentage being intrinsic to capitalism comes from exploitation, the Pareto distribution does not account for this, Marxism doesn't claim that if you are better than the rest you should be just as succesful as the rest, it claims that your success should come from your work, and not from other people's work, this why wealth accumulates for a tiny part of the population, because they're using the rest of the population to accumulate wealth, this is intrinsic to capitalism.
this is just one of the many instances in which Peterson talks about socialism, without knowing what the fuck he's talking about.
