Get fit, purchase a rifle and shotgun, learn to use both and how to maintain them, eat a proper diet in the interim
Delete all political shit from all of the social media accounts with your name attached

It requires speculation on my part, but I would imagine that individually deleting posts and waiting a certain amount of time would increase your chances of not having that information be discovered.
In a worst-case scenario situation, I would also imagine that deleted Facebook accounts would be bigger targets.
