What I am telling you is that extracting money from an earner (costs money), filtering it through the government (costs money), dispersing and administering a program (costs money) and then giving it to the poor (people who are bad with money) is economically far less efficient than allowing the original earner to keep and invest the money.

More GDP/wealth is created (and more efficiently) by allowing that original earner to keep and spend or invest the money as needed. That money will flow more efficiently into the economy.

You'd have more of a point if you went after the government with the CCC and TEFAP in regards to favoring producers (farmers / commercial farming).
