Srsly though, i was previously an overhead lineman, and i got to feel microwave radiation from a dish on a rooftop nearby to where i was switching on a pole, its very real and no joke. Shit felt like sunlight at 1am.

5g is line of sight and I live in the mountains. Stray 5g signals aren't likely to be an issue for me. I might even use it for point to point communications, obviously with the beam not aimed at dwellings.
Blue light, yes it's an issue. My lifelong troubles with insomnia have gone away since I started restricting blue light after 7pm.

I also get those headaches when i use my phone to call people. I also feel "numb" or sluggish after surfing for a long time... But i wonder how is that even possible? Milimeter waves can't penetrate trees, buildings or rain, and require dozens if not hundreds of small, low powered access points instead of a single big radio tower. You won't have a connection without putting those AP's yourself on your property. Regular radio waves intrude your property at every time unless you live in a faraday cage.

Because the regular bands are supposedly being overcrowded. Everyone has a smartphone nowadays. Add television, cars, fridges and whateverthefuck else and I'm willing to believe this. I don't know if it's a good thing, but it's faster and allows more connections. On top of milimeter waves being non-penetrative the antennas themselves will be smaller and consume less power. Plus old antennas emit the waves in every direction. The new ones will use technology to send data in the direction of the user that needs it.
If you ask me I'd rather have a low powered 5g antenna that occasionally shits non-penetrative beams of energy in a specified direction instead of a high powered 10 meter monster that constantly shits penetrative waves in every direction.
