The only thing I worry about is the long term effects on my dopamine levels. Making sure I continue lifting/eating well/sleeping enough/proper supplementation/cold showers to keep things in check.

I take a 15mg instant release at like 6:30 on my drive to work, drink one cup of coffee in the morning, and lots of water. Work out at 12-1:15 everyday for lunch. I'm a narcotics specialist and have a lot of experience with this argument, I don't want to go through the whole thing over and over but the whole microdosing shit for any drug is bullshit, a lot of stuff still stays with the system and builds up in the brain. Can confirm. I know many long time smokers and not a single one of them is mentally better now than they were before starting. Same thing happened to myself, it was just harder to perceive the effects it had on me.

I've read people suggest caffeine or modafinil but while it helps it's nothing like meth which will physically remove the need to sleep for like 48 hours or more.

Imagine the kind of advantage this can give you during offensives, I think the longest I've been awake without drugs is about 30 hours and once you stop moving or doing anything you start blacking out and microsleeping, while you're doing this the entire German army is still functioning normally and attacking.

The only problem is you can't escape the sleep debt and once it wears off you'll find your soliders probably blacked out at the wheel of a running car sleeping for 20 hours.
