I watched the video a few days ago so here's a run down of it plus some other stuff.
1) Ethan/H3H3 threw his friend Felix/pewdiepie under the bus over accidentally saying nigger while playing a video game even though there is a podcast where Ethan says niggerfaggot over and over to the point where it makes Ian/idubbbz (the guy who calls himself niggerfaggot) visibly uncomfortable.
2) Ethan and Hila were both best buds with Jon Jafari/jontron. Jon even gave them both jobs as producers for his videos when they moved back to America, and hooked them up with all sorts of deals for their channel. Jontron said some racist shit and got in the doghouse, and Ethan and Hila both cut him off and put distance between them (going on and on about how they don't agree with him). They eventually bring him on the podcast way later (and he makes a comment about being guest #42 where it clearly hurts him) and Ethan immediately digs up that old drama. When Jon says it makes him uncomfortable Ethan keeps pushing and pushing, to the point where Jon nearly cries, all to milk the drama for views.
3) Some dude made a mechanical beanie for Ethan. Ethan brought him on the podcast but only gave him like 20 minutes (which never happens) because the guy has no subscribers. All Ethan talks about is the hat and the house fire, and the guy clearly is unhappy. They awkwardly kick him off the show even though he wants to stay on and basically treat him like shit because he's "a nobody."
4) Ethan and Hila took advantage of shoenice, who is an asshole but is also an addict who really needs help. They promise to bring him on the show and he's in and they just string him along and then forget him, never bringing him on the show.

5) They bring Funny Dentist (the dentist who makes comedy videos) on and treat him like shit even though he's a genuinely nice dude and actually kind of funny (there's a good bit where he tells a dumb dad joke and Ethan doesn't get it at first and it's fucking hilarious when he figures it out and looks pissed because he realizes he's fucking retarded for not getting it).
6) Basically the podcast sucks because they stick too close to the script and keep repeating points that don't work. There's one where he asks some guy "how's your sex life" (reference to The Room) and the guy laughs it off but then Ethan repeats it again and again and it's just uncomfortable, plus the whole Bill Burr interview that didn't work because Ethan doesn't know how to actually talk to people, and yet the podcast is now his full time thing even though he's terrible at it.
7) Essentially, if you aren't more famous than Ethan, he wants nothing to do with you. He just uses people who have more subs to get views and subs.
8) They don't make the old videos people like then make a video shilling a shitty mobile game full of paywalls that wrongly charges you.
9) They also make a shill shitty merch like they're the Logans even though they made fun of the Logans for shilling merch.
