My step-mom had 3 kids with her previous husband who always did drugs and beat her. One of ~4 or 5 times she had to go to the hospital because of the beatings she was prescribed opiates and got hooked. After about 2 years of drug abuse and prostitution to pay the bills while the husband was in and out of jail she left him and took the kids across the country to her aunts for a month so that she could go through rehab. She's been off drugs for over 20 years now and has worked a steady job 7 days a week to pay for her kids to go to college. She's a sub 100 IQ idiot but works hard and takes very good care of my dad. She's the most anti drug person I know now (can't even stand pot smokers even though it's legal here now). I've got no issues with her so I'd say just about anyone can be redeemed.

Regarding sexual promiscuity, ideally women should be virgins and men should be too until they marry their virgin wife. However, I can forgive a man who has had a few partners before his wife, but a woman who sleeps around is unforgivable.
So basically, non degenerate sexual behavior should be as follows
Women: 0 pre marital lifetime sexual partners
Men: 0-5 pre marital lifetime sexual partners
However, men should still be shamed if they choose to sleep around as they are taking the virginity of our women. Ideally if a man must sleep with a woman, make sure it is a foreign subhuman woman not part of our society.
