The issue is, user, that culture and genetics are inseperable from one another. Culture helps guide us in mate selection (see my above example). Without things like fashion, how would we know belongs to our culture? Cultural shifts can create problems for those who are unable or unwilling to participate in the change. I know you think you are super smart, but you need to stop and think about what I'm saying here. This doesn't just occur in fashion. It occurs in other areas as well, like diy. There's nothing wrong with diy, but some people make a show of that they can diy. Like, for example, they hire some tradies to fix up stuff in their homes, but then display their own tools very conspicuously as if they want to prove that they're capable of doing the job themselves or something. Many people are insecure.

Basing your identity on the outfits you wear will only attract those who are as superficial as the clothes on your back. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week and mold your body into something that looks good no matter what you dress in.
