instead of youtube, do it live on twitch then take segments of the stream and turn them into youtube videos

YouTube was a wave, the ones that surfed in it's beginning are at the top now, there's an youtube channel for every conceivable topic you can imagine, you'd have to be incredibly charismatic and beautiful to pull something remotely successful nowadays, and it wouldn't be related to redpilling.

There's nothing really that "easy" out there. Literally tens of thousands of people have the same idea you do. If you think something is untapped then more than likely you haven't looked hard enough for it. Some things that were good untapped niches in the past were MRE reviews (KiwiDude), school shooting commentary (Mumkey Jones) and drug videos (psyched substance)--but they're not so untapped now. I will tell you that the drug thing is still less saturated than most topics on Youtube, because I made a few myself ('my experience with ritalin,' 'what meth is like' etc) and they generally took off, not explosively viral but consistent views every day. I ultimately took them down though because of the monetization trouble with these videos and also because random people from my real life started finding them.

Anyway if you're not ready to start uploading your own 'my experiences with cocaine withdrawal' videos, your best bet is to try to find a relatively untapped 'sub niche' (or niche within a niche) in something that broadlly speaking is already possible. So like a lot of people already do news commentary... But what about a weird spin on it like you rant about the news while driving around in your car? And call your channel like "that ranter in the car" or something like that.

Your idea will need to be better than that, of course, but you get the gist of it.

Basically you are asking for an idea that nobody has come up with yet. Other people can't do that because they never came up with that idea before. If you're going to do it, it will be something that you just do. Something that likely doesn't seems like it would catch on, because nobody is doing anything like it, nor is it something anyone would think to do.

Ok, how about this, dress up in something that isn't clothes and film yourself in public where you yell, loudly, "I PUT MY ELBOW ON thing" then you dramatically place your elbow on whatever thing you said.

Now you want to redpill people, so here's how to do that with this method.
Make something like a hundred or two short videos like that ahead of time.
Every few days upload half a dozen or three videos a day. Group them in themes. Just as you get popular, put out one that's "...my elbow on 2% of the population" then place an elbow on a fully dressed up jew. Then do a "...modern day slavery" (a bank or loan office.) Well, you can extrapolate from here.
