Reminder that a massive political transformation is going to happen in the upcoming years. The GOP as we know it is going to go extinct. The two parties that will come to dominate will be the old-school democrats (Biden, Obama); some republicans might join it. And the far-left democrats like Ortez and Bernie.

White Americans need to move to white communities (or make them) and start families if and when they can. They need to raise their children appropriately and ensure they will start white families of their own. A population of whites can double their numbers in 1 generation with enough children.
Your government needs to secure the border and put a quota on legal immigration. Hopefully the Supreme Court successfully reinterprets the 14th Amendment and removes birthright citizenship which should put an end to the cycle of alien immigrants bringing over their families.
I highly doubt the border wall will be built this term if ever so you can forget about stemming illegal immigration that way. Realistically I see two methods to halt the southern invasion: remove incentives for immigrants (benefits, birthright citizenship, etc.) or start investing in Mexico to build it up as a migrant sponge. The former would be very hard as Democrats would oppose such actions, so I think the latter would be more feasible.
Now that I think about it, fixing Mexico could get rid of many problems for the USA. Cracking down on the cartels would reduce gang warfare and violence along with drug and human trafficking, which would improve communities, which would improve the economy. You might even be able to convince some Mexicans to head back to their homeland with some propaganda.
Regarding 'degeneracy' I doubt any of that is going away short of a civil war, which could be beneficial or not depending on your views. You're going to have compromise and tolerate it if you want to get the rest of white America on your side. You don't have to endorse it, just tolerate it. Act on it later on once you secure your population and political power.
Don't take the blackpill it's not too late. Your ancestors have gone through worse and pulled through. Do what you can to save your race.
