What can be done about "African gangs" in Victoria, Australia?
The Sudanese are over-represented in crime statistics although this doesn't do justice to the actual numbers due to crime statistic reporting on the country of birth rather than racial ethnicity. Many offenders are Australian born Sudanese.
Cracking down on the gangs seems an obvious solution, so why hasn't it been done? This is because of the nature of the media and political climate in Victoria. Racialising the issue as "African gangs" causes a knee-jerk response for many people and targeting "African gangs" specifically is called out as racist and racial profiling. Can the police not treat "African gang" members as individuals? Has identity politics ruined the ability of law enforcement to enforce the law due to the race of an offender?
It seems that every time a crime is committed by an "African gang", many members of the public immediately take to social media to condemn whatever media outlet or government official has identified the perpetrators as "African" or part of an "African gang".
Is the reason that this is still a problem due to government officials not drafting new laws that give police the power to conduct surveillance or arrest gang members who are circumstantially involved in an incident without being directly there?
How can we resolve this problem within the confines of political correctness and the law?
Pick up a baseball bat. Walk over to the first Sudanese man you see and bash his brains out thoroughly. When a second screeching babboon sets upon you, hit him. Do the same to him as you did the first. Keep repeating this process. Do this until there are no more Sudanese migrants in Victoria. This is how all progress has ever been made in human history. Australian and NZ born people make up 72% of the population in Victoria while the Sudanese make up .15% of the population in Vic, which amounts to about 19,000 people. People born in Australia or NZ make up 73% and Sudanese born make up 1.1% of crimes.
I don't see how anyone can look at these statistics and not see a problem.

I'll be honest. I'm looking for an argument I can use in an assignment, which is why I need politically correct solutions to criticize people saying that calling out the gangs is racist.
So far what I've got is that the lack of formal gang structure makes it difficult to deconstruct the group via the traditional means of targeting leaders. The implication that they aren't a gang just means that they meet up and decide to hunt people, I believe the crimes are predatory rather than opportunistic.
They have to have people influencing them, right? How does one criticize the media blockading investigation by crying racism while at the same time suggesting that it isn't racist to target offenders?

You could argue that part of the problem stems from African communities (and many minorities) congregating in certain suburbs. So you end up with a few suburbs having very high % of Africans who then aren't able to integrate properly with Australian society. This is a problem with multiculturalism around the world and it's not easy to solve, but it's something you can identify.

I personally think that while North-East Asians can economically function on an individual basis in Western countries, they possess varying psychometric and cultural traits which predispose them towards undesirable economic and social policies.
The Chinese vote and support larger states no matter their place of residency, whether it be China, Singapore, or the USA. We are better off without them.

I suppose I could argue that violent crime is actually a non-issue statistically but within it violent crime among youths in Sudanese communities is clearly an issue.
