I love that button. Then there is a calculator key, but windows key + "cal" then enter works just as good and I'd rather not have an xbox-huge keyboard just to get a calculator button on there.
Also with the programmable macro keys, thoughts would be good but I've never used them before and I have a feeling that they really wouldn't be worth it. What do you use macro keys for?

Finally if you believe America has a common law tradition at all, Marbury v Madison is basically the fucking first precedent of all, overturning it does more damage to the integrity of American law than anything Marbury v Madison does.
It literally MUST be true that courts can check congressional or executive authority by constitutional interpretation, or they're not a co-equal branch of government to begin with.
