Like I said, the gun homicide rate when gang related shootings is taken out of the equation is near identical, even with America's mass shootings. When she needed surgery done on her neck, the doctor shoved the breathing tube down her throat, shredding her vocal cords. Now here is where the story gets fun, the doctor then proceeded to get mad AT HER for not saying anything about it despite it being written down in her medical records. Also nobody technically dies in the operating room. They always somehow make it out of surgery to be declared dead in recovery or the ICU. Unless you're on deaths door going in when the records count you made it out alive. Do not say anything but go straight to a lawyer if they say that the surgery was completed but someone died shortly afterward.

Additionally, if there is no action taken, you can contact the Office of Civil Rights for a full compliance investigation as to why no sanctions were imposed.
