If you could take a company to court for having any at all hairs or animal bits in it, you could sue literally every company ever for every product they put out. A few hairs will get in your food. A tiny bit of shit and insect and maggots will get in your food. You can't feasibly stop this without increasing the price of food production by a huge amount. Imagine a tiny rat hair floats through the air for a kilometre to a food processing plant. Boom, that company is now liable because they didn't erect a sterile 360 degree barrier around their factory and spend millions spraying down everything that enters and leaves.
