You're retarded. Trump signed a bill called the forever GI bill in 2007 which expanded benefits for Vets and their families massively, something which obama never did. Right now they are being delayed because their offices are suffering from numerous IT problems. Trump should have upgraded their systems as well, they are quite old. Hopefully he's doing something about it, he sure cares about Veteran affairs a lot more than Obama did.
