Not even close. I realize this can't be done over night, but as a society, we should be going into this direction quicker than we are.There should be windmills all along all costal regions. Solar panels on every house. Why? Why not. It's much cheaper on the long run and it's much better for the environment. All that equipment used to harness renewable energy will have to have regular maintenance. So jobs are not the issue. We could have windmills on every oil platform as well. Fuck oil. It's outdated.
