Once there's enough hybrids in positions of power, the people of Earth can be pacified and policies that support the health of the planet might be put into place to protect it's value.

What happens after that is a lot darker. After Earth would have joined the collective officially, with help of the hybrids (it will be apparent by then that we're not alone in the universe) the groups higher up in the chain of command might decide to do some population control and bring down human numbers on the planet. After that we would be servants to the other species in the collective and don't have any freedom and control anymore over our destiny.

Maybe the aliens will be more effective of killing off niggers than whites will. Plus they might have qt chicks as well.
