The motherfucker wasn’t even fully built (The construction crew were a bunch of meth heads that didn’t meet the deadline and just abandoned it before the final pod was finished) before they were begging for more money to build another one. Judges had heard that a new prison was built and they were happy as fuck to start handing out sentences and filled that bitch up in a matter of three months. Luckily the governor ripped them a new asshole when they had the gall to ask for money and told them to fuck right off.
