Why are beasts of the field, birds of the air, and fish of the sea described like humans in the Bible, having hands, being able to talk, and even make organized war. Is it code for certain tribes and/or certain types of people?

Yes, I can explain. There is more than what we see in the physical world. There is a spiritual world as well. Sometimes god will speak to you by sending you an animal. The animal might not talk to you with a human voice, however, the animals teach us things. I know this because I use to not like animals because I didn grow up with them, so I didn't really have experience with them. Then they started coming to me, following me, taking me places. I had a bull show up on my front porch one night. And a road runner come and knock on my door three times. Ask what the animals are telling you, their traits and qualities could be a manifestation of something god is trying to tell you in the natural world. I've also had animals save my life out of no where on multiple occasions. My family even thinks it is so strange I should start a zoo.

I think there's a lot of truth in your post but the Bible is referring to something else. It says the beasts of the field have human hands and wear clothes.

I think those specific passages are saying beasts CANNOT do those things bud, its a comparison between man and beast and what each can and cannot do

They are referred to as having human corollaries because this is before humans were separated from animals trough the tree of knowledge. Before that moment animals and humans were on the same level except for the fact that God favored man over animal.
