We need to aim for a peaceful and cohesive society with cognitively high quality people. Doesn't matter what these people look like or what exactly the evolutionary roots of their population groups are. If they can be productive members of the society, they are good. And this society has to be built with civilized and peaceful means. It is obvious that some genetic clusters are poor in the innate traits needed for the phenotypes of peaceful and intelligent humans. What to do about this with peaceful means? Segregation. Strict immigration policy. No other solution for quite some time. No ethnic cleansings. Let them live in Detroit. You don't have to live there. Perhaps voluntary human GM some generations down the line. Perhaps all our descendants will be post-racial design humans in 2300, living happier, multiple times longer and more productive lives served by robotic servants, existing in fabulous virtual worlds and being excited by the adventure of man's expansion to the wider solar system. Or mankind does itself in. Probability of the latter alternative is increased by needless nationalist and ethnic antagonism. It has to be defused. We will develop the weaponry to kill us all, of that there is no doubt. Much more powerful weapons than hydrogen bombs. To lessen the probability these weapons will ever be used we need to defuse polarization on all levels. No other moral alternative.
