Why would we annex the UK? We already have Puerto Rico.

I mean you can't just annex the UK and expect, The Isle of Man to automatically fall in line considering they've resisted UK rule for longer than the US has been a nation.
The Overseas territories are are problem too, because they all voted to remain part of the British Empire and might resent becoming part of an empire within an empire.

Within the Overseas territories you have the Sovereign air bases as well. For example what does Turkey do when you show up on the contested part of Cyprus. Do you fight a war with Turkey and annex the whole of Cyprus, because I think Cypriots might have an issue with that too also see It's not just a simply case of annexation of the British Isles.

I’m pretty sure the US and UK together could put these countries in line.. we could negotiate and explain how it’d be better for all, give those territories recognition and power in the federal government coinciding with their populations just as US territories are already granted. If they didn’t cooperate we could easily force it upon them so i guarantee they would be along with it. It would vastly improve the economies and nation security as well for all.
