We literally make that shit. Just go to the store, get corn tortillas, heat them with a pan, and put ANYTHING in them. Personally, avocado with eggs here.

Had it for the first time on holiday earlier in the year.
Was pretty good desu. We don't really have Mexican fast food here so it was a novelty.
Chipoltle(?) was the best. Good choices.

I simultaneously agree with you and disagree with you. Pasta + fat + savory cheese is as old as time. Quality pasta + quality butter + quality hard cheese + fresh ground pepper + a whiter meat, perhaps a bit of panchetta, some chicken, whatever, you could call this "chicken alfredo" and this has nothing to do with the mongrel, disgusting, charade that is "alfredo sauce" from 99% of restaurants or in jars on supermarket shelves or whatever".

Same thing with spaghetti and meatballs, which implies tomato sauce. Quality pasta + quality ground meats formed into balls, fried or baked, then braised + quality tomato sauce + basil, oregano, onion, garlic, parsley to taste is as old as time. But the fucking abomination that is known as spaghetti and meatballs with the sauce jar, grey meat, and shit pasta boiled in unsalted water for way too long is a crime.

So I agree and disagree. I think fundamentally we agree, though, you are protesting shit food and so am I.
