Not really. I'm no expert on pisslam but the esoteric side of it is that it's not just physical (in)capability (to see, or look handsome) but symbolism. Odin lost an eye after all but got wisdom. My theory is that the Djall is actually a muslim who woke up to the fact Islam sucks and does everything to see it erased as a religion. Sorta like ying/yang.
