German civilization encompasses Roman civilization. When the Romans conquered the kraut, the kraut that did not flee elsewhere made the conscious decision to learn the Roman's language and ways. This is why the Kraut appears to larp as a Roman -- one part that makes them up is Roman, they became Roman when they learned Latin. Race is a social construct, language is divine essence.
