However, it's painfully obvious to see that the bill (draft law) wont make it past the first reading in Parliament and this means a 'No Deal Brexit', (because amendments would need to be approved by the EU again first, then re-presented once more in a draft bill).

This is is likely to cause some social domestic concerns and people will call for a 2nd referendum, before we crash out come the end of March 2019.
The only way for this to happen though, is for Teresa May to step down, as she's said plenty times that shes against that policy.
The incoming (unelected) new Conservative party leader will announce a 2nd referendum as opposed to a general election, as it would be too close to the margin for campaigning and electioneering.

Why does everyone who "second referendum second referendum" leave out the coalition government? There isn't enough votes to get a second referendum through the commons.
Any general election will result in a very partisan split of pro versus anti EU, making it even less likely a vote can get through.

Also people continue to think that Labour under Corbyn is the same as Blair's New Labour; it's not. There's a lot of anti EU members in Labour to. Corbyn drew criticism during the Brexit vote debate for not making his stance clear or public, the reason he didn't is he new he's piss of his core support if he came out as pro Brexit.
