The company I worked for had business in Mexico dealing with international brands. Obviously those brands are owned by international corps, but they're fully manned by mexicans and they give preference in the market to mexican companies (like if someone wants to make toy cars for Walmart then they'll give the license to a mexican company over a foreign company wanting to buy the space).
It happened to my company, that we paid them to be on Walmart and they screwed us up to give it to a mexican company (and apparently we were not the only ones because it was a common issue that people talked about in Expos).
